Job Description:

As a SAFe Scrum Master Consultant, you will be required to:

• Coach and mentor teams on agile values, principles, and Scrum practices.

• Facilitate ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Help the Product Owner maintain the product backlog to ensure the necessary work is well understood so the team can continuously progress.

• Ensure the adaptation of processes/workflows to guarantee optimal agility, tailored to the team or a project.

• Unite and coach a development team on an organisational level to foster self-organisation and cross-functionality.

• Help the Scrum team avoid or remove obstacles to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.

• Facilitate exchanges between the various project stakeholders (developers, integrator, architect, product owner, QA, business) as well as between different development teams.

  
  

Profile Required:

If you recognise yourself in this profile, you are our new Scrum Master Consultant!

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as task definition, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

• Already a few years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAFe methodology

• An understanding of agile values, principles, and practices

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Analytical skills, quick thinking, and conflict resolution abilities, with a capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana
