The PMO ensures the co-ordination, monitoring and governance of projects within the organisation. They support project managers and business teams to guarantee compliance with deadlines, budgets and regulatory requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
Main responsibilities
1. Project governance
Implement and maintain project management methodologies (PMO framework).
Organise steering committees and project reviews.
Ensure the standardisation of tools, processes and reporting.
2. Project monitoring and steering
Track project progress (schedule, budget, resources).
Identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
Update key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Reporting and communication
Produce dashboards and performance reports for management.
Ensure communication between project teams, business departments and management.
Prepare materials for executive reviews.
4. Support for project managers
Support project managers in resource planning and management.
Ensure the application of project management best practices.
Train teams in PMO tools and methods.
5. Regulatory compliance
In the pharmaceutical sector, the PMO must also ensure:
Alignment with regulatory and quality requirements.
Documentation compliant with GxP (Good Practice) standards.
Monitoring of projects related to compliance and audits.

Master's degree (engineering, pharmacy, science or project management)
Recent graduate or 2 to 3 years of experience in project management or PMO
