Ambition and development
Our development plan for 2025 – 2030 aims to exceed €115 million in revenue by the end of 2030, with an ISA team of over 750 engaged and committed members working to elevate each subsidiary to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Support the project coordinator and team coordinator in planning objectives, activities, and identifying blocking points and risks.
Execute activities for:
The development of test case specifications in relation to requirements
The implementation and execution of tests
Support other roles for:
Capturing needs and drafting requirements
Master the detailed software design and understand its role within the complete system functions
Measure and evaluate results against set objectives, report indicators on activities
Respect the organisation's procedures and standards
Learn and improve from successes and failures, contribute to the continuous improvement of the team
Inspire and foster trust and cooperation between team members and other teams
Required criteria:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in ELECTROMECHANICS with prior experience in testing a complex system
Minimum 2 years of experience.
The project consists of testing the functions of a remote-controlled station with graphical user interface functions, networking, and collaborative functions for defence and combat.
