🎯 Your mission
Within the Methods department, you will work on CAM programming and workshop assistance for the machining of aeronautical parts
You will be involved in defining machining and assembly ranges, production support, root cause analysis and continuous improvement, in direct contact with the methods, production and supplier teams.
Create machining ranges and define operations
Collaborate with stakeholders (Design Office, production, supply, suppliers)
Read part drawings before and after the operation.
Choice of tools
Root cause analysis (8D Method)
Choices related to part dimensions and manufacturing tolerances.
CAM programming
Creation of the range in CAM.
Creation of MIFs (intermediate manufacturing models)
Definition/Creation of tool paths, probing, potential gauging.
Generation of ISO code via Post-Processor.
Creation of the NCSimul range
Perform comparison and measurement analyses between machined part/theoretical part.
Assist the operator at the machine during the production of industrialisation parts.
Management of documents such as presetting sheets, tool drawings, etc.
The ideal profile:
First experience in machining methods, ideally in aeronautics, automotive or defence.
Knowledge of NC programming on Catia
Minimum 2 years of experience after graduation
