Ambition and development
Our development plan for 2025 – 2030 aims to exceed €115 million in revenue by the end of 2030, with an ISA team of over 750 engaged and committed members working to elevate each subsidiary to the highest level.
You will be responsible for leading projects to transfer pharmaceutical manufacturing processes between sites (R&D to production, site-to-site, subcontractors), in compliance with regulatory standards (GMP), deadlines, quality, costs and customer requirements.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Coordinate and manage all stages of an industrial transfer project (from feasibility to production start-up).
Analyse process data to be transferred and identify critical points.
Define the transfer plan and validation strategies (IQ/OQ/PQ, validation batches, etc.).
Organise and monitor industrial trials (process validation, etc.).
Act as the interface between technical, quality, production, R&D, regulatory affairs, purchasing teams, etc.
Participate in writing and reviewing technical documentation (protocols, validation reports, change control, etc.).
Manage relationships with external partners (CDMOs, equipment suppliers, laboratories, etc.).
Ensure compliance with GMP and current regulatory requirements.
Monitor performance indicators (cost, quality, deadline) and report to management.
Profile required:
With a Master's degree (Engineering, Master's specialising in industrial pharmacy, process engineering, biotechnology, chemistry...), you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles (transfer, industrialisation, production, etc.).
Technical skills:
With a solid foundation in pharmaceutical processes (dry, sterile, biotech, etc. forms), validation, qualification and quality documentation
Mastery of GMP regulatory standards
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Professional English (written and spoken).
