As part of the development of innovative and high-value digital projects in the energy, pharmaceutical and retail sectors, ISALYS Digital Lab is looking for a Scrum Master.

You will work on web and data projects with high business stakes, alongside multidisciplinary teams that you will support on a daily basis in adopting and improving their agile practices. Your role will consist of creating a healthy, collaborative and efficient working framework, allowing the teams to focus on the essentials: delivering value, while progressing together.

🎯 Your Missions: 

• Coach and mentor teams on agile values, principles and practices, Scrum.

• Facilitate ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

• Help the Product Owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the necessary work is well understood so that the team can continually progress.

• Be the guarantor of the adaptation of processes / workflows to ensure optimal agility, tailored to the team or a project.

• Unite and coach a development team on an organisational level to encourage self-organisation and cross-functionality.

• Help the Scrum team to avoid or remove obstacles to its progress, whether internal or external to the team.

• Facilitate communication between the various project stakeholders (developers, integrator, architect, product owner, QA, business) but also between the different development teams.

 Key qualifications for the position:  

• 3 to 10 years maximum of professional experience as a Scrum Master.

• Graduate from an engineering school or business school.

• Solid experience in supporting agile teams on complex digital projects.

• Excellent mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum in particular) and continuous improvement principles.

• Ability to adopt a coaching, facilitating and mediating posture.

• Good understanding of technical environments (web, data, IT systems) in order to interact effectively with the teams.

• Experience in the energy, pharmaceutical or retail sectors is an asset.

• Fluent English (B2 minimum) is essential (international context).
