As part of the development of innovative, high-value-added projects in the energy, pharmaceutical and retail sectors, ISALYS Digital Lab is looking for a Consultant Product Owner.

You will work on web projects where user experience, product performance and business value creation matter daily. At the heart of exchanges between technical and business teams, you will actively participate in defining and prioritising features, all the way through to their go-live. You will work in an environment that leaves room for initiative, decision-making and real impact, with the opportunity to concretely influence the product vision, functional choices and how projects are run.

📌 Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyse and formalise business and user needs.

• Define and champion the product vision in line with clients' business and strategic challenges.

• Build, maintain and prioritise the Product Backlog while maximising delivered value.

• Write user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed functional specifications.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, UX/UI designers and business stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups if necessary).

• Monitor development progress and guarantee the functional quality of deliverables.

• Lead user acceptance testing phases and support deployments to production.

• Analyse usage, performance and user feedback to continuously optimise the product.

• Proactively propose functional evolutions, user experience improvements and product best practices.

📚 Key qualifications for the role :

• 3 to 8 years maximum of professional experience as a Web Product Owner or equivalent role.

• Degree from an engineering or business school.

• Solid experience in complex web products with high business stakes.

• Mastery of Agile / Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

• Good understanding of technical web challenges (front-end, back-end, APIs) to communicate effectively with tech teams.

• Experience in the energy, pharmaceutical or retail sectors is an asset.

• Fluent English (minimum B2) is essential (international context).
