As part of the development of innovative projects, Isalys Horizons is looking for a Change Manager.

🎯 Your tasks:

• Ensure full life-cycle management of changes affecting EWN deliverables, from initiation through to post-implementation review.

• Assess risks, impacts, dependencies, and resource constraints to support informed decision making.

• Ensure alignment of changes with the project schedule, construction phases, and commissioning activities.

• Prepare the necessary documentation and secure the required approvals.

• Coordinate closely with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and project management stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate change logs, ensuring reporting and traceability in compliance with governance standards.

• Proactively identify potential conflicts or disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.

• Support release and transition planning to ensure a smooth handover from project to operations.

✅ Profile required:

• Degree in construction economics (Quantity Surveying), construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.

• Knowledge of construction contracts.

• Proficiency in cost management and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.

• Highly rigorous and detail-oriented
