 Your responsibilities will include:

• Applying the commercial strategy in the IT market

• Prospecting and developing ISALYS DIGITAL LAB's presence

• Maintaining and developing your client portfolio in the Luxury and Tourism sectors

• Identifying, recruiting, and managing future talent

• Monitoring technological developments in the IT market to improve your knowledge and relevance to your prospects, clients, candidates, and employees.

• Analysing your performance indicators, proposing, and implementing continuous improvement solutions.

Our ideal candidate :))

A graduate of an Engineering School or holding a Master's degree from a University, you have 4/5 years of experience in a similar role within a consulting firm or an IT services company (ESN).

You wish to contribute to the growth of ISALYS DIGITAL LAB and respond to a new commercial, managerial, and human challenge.

You are attracted to a role with varied responsibilities and new challenges. You are recognised for your interpersonal skills, high adaptability (to people and environments), and perseverance.
