Your cross-functional role across the Life Sciences, IT and Engineering subsidiaries will allow you to play a central role within the ISALYS Group. Your involvement and motivation will be essential elements in contributing to the team's dynamism.

Main Missions

Needs Analysis

·        Understand the business and technical challenges of the positions to be filled

·        Work in close collaboration with managers, HR teams and internal/external clients

·        Write and optimise job descriptions and publish them on job boards (HelloWork, LinkedIn, etc.)

Sourcing & Attraction

·        Apply targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, specialised job boards, CV libraries, networks, direct approach)

·        Identify and approach junior to expert profiles

·        Develop and nurture a talent pool for the Life Sciences, IT and Engineering activities

Candidate Evaluation

·        Pre-selection and evaluation of candidates

·        Develop skills in conducting interviews

·        Evaluate technical, scientific and behavioural skills

·        Ensure the follow-up of applications and the quality of the candidate experience

·        Write structured interview reports

Ideal Profile

Education

With 4 years of higher education (Master's level) in HR, occupational psychology or business, you have a successful first experience in recruitment within a consulting company (IT services, consulting), ideally in Life Sciences, IT or Engineering.

You are recognised for your dynamism and your desire to actively contribute to the team's development. Your responsiveness and your ability to prioritises your tasks are your key strengths.
